Remote help from Gympie
Website, email and tech help for Gympie businesses
An email problem, a website change or hours spent copying information between programs: tell me what you need help with. I work remotely with businesses in Gympie and surrounding areas and give you a quote before I start. Small jobs are welcome, as well as more involved automation work.
What I can help with
Website updates and fixes
Change prices, hours, photos or pages. Fix broken links, contact forms and layouts that don't work on a phone. If the site needs more than a fix, we can talk through the options.
Business email and online setup
Set up or sort out business email, domain settings, enquiry forms and existing booking tools.
Online shop updates
Change products, descriptions, photos or prices, and fix straightforward problems with an existing shop.
Spreadsheets and data jobs
Tidy a spreadsheet, organise records, enter data or move information between systems.
AI and business automation
Connect your software, move information between systems or automate repetitive computer tasks. Use AI where it helps, such as sorting text or preparing drafts for you to check.
Other remote tech jobs
Not sure where your problem fits? Describe it in your own words and I will tell you if I can help remotely.
Need a change or fix on an existing site? See the website updates and fixes pagefor examples and how the work is done.
Want to cut down a repetitive computer job? The AI and automation pageexplains the kinds of tasks I can look at and what needs checking first.
10% quote-beating offer
Already have a quote? I'll beat the service fee by 10%.
Applies to all remote services I offer. Bring a current written quote from an Australian business with a verifiable active ABN for the same scope, deliverables and timeframe.
Service fees only, compared excluding GST. Software, subscriptions, hosting and other third-party costs are excluded. Any applicable GST is shown separately in my quote.
What I do not do
All work is remote. Tech Savvy Gympie does not offer hardware repairs or device drop-offs, cabling or on-site Wi-Fi work, home or office visits, emergency incident response orround-the-clock support. If your job needs someone on site, I will tell you before taking it on.
Common questions before you enquire
What if I do not know which service I need?
Describe the problem in your own words. You can leave the service category as “Not sure” on the contact form. I will tell you whether it is a job I can take on remotely.
Are small jobs welcome?
Yes. A single website change or an awkward spreadsheet is worth asking about. The scope and price are agreed before work starts.
Do I have to share passwords to enquire?
No. The initial enquiry only needs a description of the job. Do not include passwords or private customer information. If the work needs access, we arrange it separately.
From enquiry to finished job
- Describe the job. Tell me what needs doing. You do not need to know the technical terms.
- Work out what's involved. I ask about your setup and check what can be done.
- Quote before work. I will send a price and scope. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- Completed remotely. I do the work remotely and let you know when it is finished.
