Less work by hand
AI and business automation in Gympie
If you keep doing the same job on a computer, tell me how it works. I can build automations, connect software and use AI to help with tasks that involve text. I work remotely with businesses in Gympie and surrounding areas, with a quote before work starts.
What could you stop doing manually?
These are examples of jobs I can assess, not results promised for every software setup.
- Entering the same details twice. Pass information from a form or export into another system without retyping it.
- Putting a report together each week. Combine files, calculate totals and produce a report in a repeatable format.
- Moving files around. Rename, sort or process batches of documents using rules you choose.
- Sorting incoming text. Use AI to suggest categories for enquiries or extract information from documents, with checks for mistakes.
- Writing the same kind of reply. Prepare an AI-assisted draft for someone to review rather than send it unchecked.
Your job doesn't need to fit this list. I can look at a whole process or just one awkward step. Describe what you start with, what you do and what the finished result should look like.
Does it need AI?
Not always. If a task follows clear rules, ordinary automation may be enough. AI can help when the input varies, such as written enquiries or documents, but it can also get things wrong. I won't recommend it just to add an AI feature.
Before using an AI service, we agree on what data it can receive and what needs human review. Don't paste passwords, customer records or confidential documents into the enquiry form. An initial description of the task is enough.
Can you automate my process?
If it happens on a computer, it's worth asking about. What can be automated depends on access to your software, the quality of the information and the software provider's rules. Some steps still need a person's approval. I check those limits before quoting rather than promise that every process can run on its own.
What would it cost?
The quote depends on the job. I explain the setup work and any separate software subscriptions or usage charges before you decide. A tool you already pay for may have what we need.
Show me the job you do now
Tell me which programs you use, how often you do the task and where it gets frustrating. I ask about the details, check what's possible and send a scope and price for you to approve. The agreed work includes testing the result and explaining how to use it and handle exceptions.
