You do not need to know the technical terms. Never send passwords, private email messages or customer records in the enquiry form. If access is needed, we arrange it separately.

Tell me their names and what you need done. I assess the available settings and access before confirming whether I can help; not every setup supports the same changes.
Do you visit my business?
No. All work is remote. This service does not include device repairs, office visits or on-site network work.
How is the price worked out?
I clarify the job and send a scope and quote before work starts. Nothing starts until you approve it.
