What do you need help with?

Tell me what is going on. You do not need to know the technical terms. I will let you know if I can take it on and send a quote before I start.

I usually work remotely, but can visit local workplaces when needed. We agree on any visit before work starts. If you think a visit is needed, mention the area your workplace is in and what needs attention.

For automation work, describe the steps you do now and the programs you use. A general description is enough; don't send customer records or private files.

Already have a quote? Mention the 10% quote-beating offerin your message. It applies to comparable service fees across all remote services I offer, excluding GST and third-party costs. I will explain how to share your written quote when I reply; you do not need to paste it into this form.
